The Quality Assurance Associate Manager is responsible for directing, directing, and managing quality assurance operations in support of the objective of providing products that consistently meet quality and safety standards and specifications.

Responsibilities: 

• Assists the Quality Assurance Manager in the design, planning, and implementation of general quality assurance and food safety programs.

• Review, audit, and analyze the implementation of quality assurance programs and procedures within various business units and organizations.

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external regulatory agencies to ensure quality assurance and control systems and compliance with FDA, NMIS, BAI, BFAR, LGU and other regulatory and legal requirements.

• Prepare and submit periodic status reports on business activities, conduct audits of suppliers, subcontractors, bakeries and warehouses, address problem areas and recommend actions while ensuring product quality and safety.

• Quickly report and manage relevant and important issues.

Qualifications: 

•  Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering or related major/field.

•  Licensed chemist, chemical engineer, or chemical technician is preferred.

•  At least 4 years of professional experience in food quality assurance, research and development, manufacturing or related field.

•  At least 2 years of supervisory and human resources management experience.

•  Must have knowledge of food science and technology, including food engineering, chemistry, microbiology or related analytical techniques.

•  Amenable to work in Danao City, Cebu
