QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Fresh board passers are welcome to apply
• At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience as an Accountant is an advantage
• Must have an idea or experience in using SAP or NAV
• Strong and confident communication skills
• Has the ability to function in a high dynamic and changing environment
• Knowledgeable with the rules and regulations of BIR
• Can start as soon as possible

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis of the results of the company’s performance
• Assist Finance Manager in managing available cash, acquisition and utilization of funds
• Coordinate with banks and external auditors
• Provide timely deliverables and relevant information by assisting the Finance Manager
• Enhance liquidity, solvency, and profitability of the company by preparing and analysing Financial Reports such as but not limited to the Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Financial Performance and Statement of Cash flows
• Monitor the company’s financial plan by preparing the annual consolidated budget for all departments and examining variances between forecasts and actuals
• Achieve cash fund efficiency by monitoring daily inflows and outflows of cash transactions and preparing requests for fund transfers, weekly reports for collection, bank balances and loans payable
• Acquire and utilize funds by coordinating with bank officers, facilitating banks’ requirements and by monitoring loan covenant compliance, due dates, monthly amortization and its costs of capital
• Optimize the working performance of Finance associates by supervising their daily tasks
• Contribute to the continual improvement of the company and its business performance by doing other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
