We are from Digitrack Philippines Inc., a start-up SaaS Company that inspects and tracks fire, life safety devices, HVAC, CCTV, etc.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying selling opportunities, and understanding customer needs. You will actively seek out new sales prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, email marketing, and social media.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and qualify leads.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities by utilizing cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients to present and understand their requirements or address any concerns.
• Develop and deliver persuasive presentations on our products to potential clients.
• Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences to showcase our product.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Handle customer complaints or objections in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers and prospects, and communicate it to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Demonstrated a good track record in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with market research and lead generation techniques.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel and participate in industry events as needed.
• Operational & Administrative Skills
• Can work with minimal supervision

- Technical Knowledge with the Inspection and Maintenance of Life Safety Devices, HVAC, CCTV is an ADVANTAGE but not required.
