Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Onboarding: Facilitate new employee onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training schedules.
- Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Collaborate with benefits providers as needed.
- Payroll Support: Provide support to the payroll department by verifying timekeeping records, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with payroll processing.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence across the organization.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and concerns, escalating to HR Officer when necessary. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee interactions.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs as directed.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Human Resource, Psychology graduate or any business-related courses.
2 years or more work experience, preferably from a wholesale distribution and trucking company.
- Pleasing personality and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills (both written and oral).
- Willing to work extended hours.
- Computer literate (MS Office applications).
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ma-a, Davao City.
