Job Description
The HR Assistant Manager is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of HR services such as timekeeping, issuance of contracts, employee benefits, incentive programs, company events, disciplinary actions, and training programs. It also provides employee counseling and information for basic HR policies, processes, and procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field in Psychology/Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum number of related experience: 5 years
- Experience in all facets of HR including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, timekeeping, HRIS, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership skills
- Organized and systematic. Has excellent time management skills
- Flexible, analytical, and a team player
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work unsupervised
- Willing to be assigned in Carmona, Cavite
