Job Description/Duties:
• Responsible to present and sell for PASSTECH's business portfolio in the Philippines and deal with customer relations
• Prepare bid quotations, design/ tendering process/ labor and materials and cost estimates
• Attend Biddings, sales negotiations and deal costings
• Provide sales strategies for all of the company's product lines
• Provide business strategies and make sure that the company meets its target such as sales forecasts, sales budgets, gross margins, and working capital
• Real-time involvement to all prospects, tender preparation, ongoing project profit and loss status and assist sales managers, customers and representatives in every pre-sale activity
• To increase the existing business through order intake from existing client base and develop/identify new customers within accounts new opportunities
• Respond to different technical questions pertinent to products plus system solutions
• Ensure to call regularly customers to develop and maintain relations and follow up on leads
• Review customer specifications and develop complete technical plus commercial proposals
• Present technical expertise to commercial and sales operations to select, implement and develop competitive product applications as well as solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in oral and written English communication and knowledgeable in Philippine local dialect
• Solid understanding of designing engineering solutions will be added advantage
• Experience and technical exposure on various process systems/equipment and their applications which includes but is not limited to hygienic/sanitary and industrial pumps, valves, heat exchange, process instrumentation and other related mechanical flow components is a plus
• Knows how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle is a plus but not required
