RESPONSIBILITIES
• Through a range of channels, including phone, text, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication, support customer success and look for methods to improve moderately difficult customer inquiries or issues related financial goods and services.
• Complete rote activities such responding to questions, resolving issues, and offering the best possible customer service while abiding by work rules, laws, and regulations.
• Consistently get instructions from management, escalate concerns, and delegate more challenging problems to employees
• Conduct research to address moderately difficult client problems, including coordinating with other departments to address problems.
• Discuss complex concerns with knowledgeable representatives.
• Be in charge of training new hires and less experienced employees.
• Attend to client concerns and questions.
QUALIFICATIONS
• completed 2 COLLEGE YEARS
• open to 6 months EXP, but 1 yr above is an advantage
• w/ FINANCE background preferred
