Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintaining documents

1.1 Maintain the 201 files thru proper filing (Subcontractor)

1.2 Ensure the availability of HR Forms

1.3 Ensures that the contract between subcontractors and EVMI are updated

1.4 Ensures that other related government mandated forms are updated

1.5 Ensures to prepare DTRs and other related forms such as OT form..

Company Phone Lines

2.1 Responsible for the phone line bill (Globe, Smart, Sun)

2.2 Responsible for the summary of Charges for the phone lines

2.3 Responsible for all the concerns regarding phone lines

2.4 Monitors company phone of each and every employee with regards to the proper usage. This include checking and coordinating with every employee the postpaid coming from network telecoms monthly.

2.5 Ensures that all area will send their Data Usage every end of the month

3. Attendance/Schedule

3.1 Checking the attendance and tardiness of employees for subcontractos (Onsite/Offsite/Dosers)

3.2 Summarizing the biometrics that will be coming from areas every end of the month

3.3 Responsible for the summary of manpower list that will be forwarded to the billing department every end of the month

3.4 Responsible for consolidating documents for OTs such as WSR, pictures, service report slip before forwarding for checking.

3.5 Ensuring that all Overtime of subcontractors are paid on time

3.6 Ensures that Overtime of subcontractos are well monitored

4. Employee Concern

4.1 Responsible for the updates of government that may affect the employee. This may include suspension of working days and/or public announcement from the government.

4.2 Responsible for coordinating with Accounting all concerns for unpaid OTs

4.3 Make ID’s for the newly hired direct employee

5. Perform other tasks assigned by immediate head or other evmi officials
