Duties and Responsibilities:

· Technical Illustration: Create technical illustrations for user manuals, either from scratch or through amendments, ensuring that they are easy to understand and follow.
· Graphic Design & Packaging: Develop unique packaging designs, technical drawings, and brand templates, sometimes based on provided guidelines and sometimes without guidance. Create concepts and proposals that reflect deep technical settings and are translation processing friendly.
· Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with various teams to develop comprehensive solutions. Be fearless in expressing opinions and feedback to senior management and clients, leading initiatives instead of merely following instructions.
· Brand Representation: Create templates and assets that effectively represent the brand, responding quickly to client needs with cohesive and technically sound concepts and proposals.
· Complex Typesetting: Handle complex typesetting tasks that require an adept understanding of GREPs, layers, scripting knowledge, conditional formatting, and more. Deliver consistent quality over long periods.
· Consistent Output: Ensure all designs, illustrations, and assets maintain a high level of consistency and repeatability for effective large-scale application.
· Strategic Thinking: Act as a critical thinker, proposing solutions and thinking ahead to ensure that outputs are versatile and can be used in various applications, including those friendly to translation processing.
· Team Player: Engage and collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering positive relationships and contributing to a cohesive team environment.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of relevant experience in the field of technical illustration or graphic design. Experience in technical documentation or financial printing industry is preferred.
· Higher Diploma or above in Graphic/Packaging/Art Design, Illustration Design, or related disciplines.
· Mastery in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the confidence to communicate effectively with higher-ups and clients.
· Demonstrated ability to think between the lines and analyze complicated brand guidelines.
· Ability to manage diverse projects on a tight schedule, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced working culture.
· Proven expertise in maintaining consistency across large-scale projects, ensuring that designs can be repeatedly applied without variance.
· Creative, initiative, self-motivated, and responsible.
