JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Lead procurement projects, including all key phases such as strategy development, supplier negotiations, award proposals, business case presentations and contract execution Collaborate with suppliers and/or support other team members in completing procurement projects 

• Work with senior stakeholders to lead and execute strategic procurement projects, including developing develop strategy, execute tenders, negotiate with suppliers, propose awards, present business cases and execute contracts with suppliers 

• Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders Other departments such as Legal, Information Security, Platform Management Team, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management Team according to project requirements.

• Understanding of laws in the United States and Europe related to purchasing and using subcontractors 

QUALIFICATIONS

 • Bachelor’s Graduate

• At least 5 years of strategic sourcing experience overall with at least 0-1 years of experience in IT/technology procurement (1 or more of the following fields: Computer services, computer hardware, computer software or telecommunications) 

• Know how to negotiate and sign the contract.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Flexible support for different time zones – especially North America.
