Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties
 Drive the end-to-end execution of channel communications. Utilise best practices to create dynamic and engaging experiences with email, SMS, Push, and outbound calling in a
cost efficient way.
 Execute campaigns with emphasis on audience segmentation. Develop/modify owned communications templates; set up, QA, and launch complex marketing campaigns with dynamic content.
 Work with marketing stakeholders to understand campaign requirements, leveraging your expert knowledge to provide input on channel strategy, audience segmentation, and
experimentation best practices.
 Proactively work with teammates to improve the request intake
and development process for greater quality and efficiency.
 Along with your engagement marketing operations teammates,
be the owner of channel health metrics to ensure that we’re
sending the right message to the right audience at the right time
in compliance with accepted thresholds.
 Take complete ownership of assigned duties and drive them to completion with minimal management oversight.
 Develop, gather, write and or contribute to documentation and materials needed.
 Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
 Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
 Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
 Assist marketing team with digital marketing campaigns and lead ongoing management of digital touch points such landing pages, social channels and mobile
 Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
 Ensure that the brand message is consistent
 Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules
 Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting
 Ensure clear tracking on all campaign activity to facilitate ROI reporting
 Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports


Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in online gaming but not a must
