We are currently looking to hire one individual as Assistant Manager, as the current incumbent is set to retire at the end of June.
After joining the company, you will be supported by an administrative assistant who will help with various tasks.
The job responsibilities are outlined below.
• Overall management of facilities and administration activities.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
• Other duties assigned by the management.
• Preparation of PEZA monthly reports
• Purchasing and Impex processing job
At least 3 yrs. experience in Office Administration or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• 10 yrs. of experience in Office Administration as a leader
• Experience in Purchasing and Impex processing is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Experience in a Japanese Company is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledgeable with Philippine Labor Laws and regulations governing Human Resources.
• Have excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience in Purchasing and Impex processing is an advantage
Meal allowance: P30/day
Position allowance: P2,000 (after probation)
