Job Description

The art director is in charge of creating and carrying out visual designs for a variety of media, ensuring impactful and brand-consistent creative results.

Responsibilities

  • Create original ideas and visual ideas that complement the target audience and

brand objectives

  • Be able to articulate creative concepts to all stakeholders effectively
  • Work together with consultants, creative teams and brand heads to identify project

needs and turn them into visually appealing results

  • Give creative directions and appropriate guidance to designers
  • Evaluate and approve the artwork, making sure it satisfies the project's criteria and

quality standards

  • Design and supervise the production of visual materials such as layouts, multimedia

components, graphics, and illustrations

  • Verify that every visual component conveys the intended message or brand image and

complies with brand requirements

  • Oversee several projects at once, setting priorities and adhering to deadlines.
  • Work together with project or brand managers to plan creative projects' budgets,

schedules, and resource allocation

  • Stay up to date with design, advertising, and related industries' trends, best practices,

and new creative developments

  • Be able to work harmoniously with team members. Be available for coaching and

training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field

(or equivalent experience).

  • At least 5 years’ experience as an Art Director or similar capacity.
  • Has a solid portfolio of original projects and designs.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.
  • Knowledge of print and digital production processes and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
