QUALIF​ICATIONS:

• Knowledge in inventory management and truck load logistics
• Attention to details
• Documentation skills
• Diligence and honesty
• Relevant experience is FMCG warehousing is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Validates the completeness & accuracy of the stocks layed out by pickers based on the invoice prior to dispatching
• Ensures accuracy of billed invoices vs the PO from trade (e.g. Gaisano Grand) before endorsing to warehouse pickers for lay-out
• Coordinates with warehouse operation for the completion of stocks preparation. Ensures no mixed-up of stocks in the loading area.
• Screen out goods that are off-standard (e.g. damaged, expired, wrong product description, etc.) from being dispatched.
• Updates the Invoice Transmittal for validated invoices and ensures accuracy of the input information.
