AgriPacific Corporation is looking for a Production Planner!

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Responsible for the proper preparation, coordination, and monitoring of production schedules and resource allocation & utilization.
• Monitor the inventory of finished goods, evaluates forecasts and/or current demand, and latest withdrawal trends, then prepares the master production schedule to satisfy customer demands.
• Plan manpower requirements, production hours, and expected output for both finished goods & semi-finished goods based on the master production schedule.
• Create production orders for the items to be produced and coordinates work flow within or between departments involved to expedite production. Follows up and monitors the progress of production according to plan, and coordinates all areas, to ensure that delivery requests from customers are met.
• Monitor inventory of raw and packaging materials and raises material purchase requisitions in a timely manner, to ensure compliance with the target days inventory levels.
• Maintain production planning related data in SAP (such as work centers, routings, production versions, and planned independent requirements).
• Assists Finance & Accounting department on the month-end closing activities by ensuring accurate transactional entries and technical completion of all production orders.
• Monitors and measures production operations key performance indicators by gathering relevant data and converting such data to useful reports.

This could be for you if you’re:

• Graduate of Engineering, Economics, or any related course. Licensed Engineer is an advantage
• At least 2 years of related experience in Manufacturing Industry or Fast Moving Consumer Goods
• At least 2 years experience in Forklift Operations
• With knowledge in Production Planning & Inventory Control
• Must be computer literate and familiar with ERP software, preferably SAP4HANA
• With knowledge in Sales forecasting, Raw/Packaging Materials Specifications, and Machine Performance Monitoring & Maintenance
• Willing to be assigned in Tanza, Cavite
