Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.

• Configure and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

• Develop and implement network security protocols to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement network solutions that meet organizational needs.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in network engineering.

• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.

• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or related role.

• Proficiency in network design, configuration, and administration.

• Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

• Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

• Familiarity with network security concepts and protocols such as SSL/TLS, IPSec, and firewalls.

• Must have CCNP/CCNA certification other advanced technical/networking certifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
