Customer Service Rep-Voice
Location: PH-Paranaque City
Compensation: Php 18-22K / Month
Minimum Education: Vocational/2 college years

TASKS
• Utilizes terms and phrasing that is simple to comprehend.
• Manages or enters customer orders, processes them, and computes charges in the client system.
• Uses the client's systems/programs and navigates to locate the needed data.
• Follows all rules, regulations, technical policies, processes, and standards.
• Makes every effort and exhausts all options to give clients the service they need while adhering to the established standards and rules.
• When appropriate, routes calls to the right resources.
• Refers clients who have difficulties or concerns that need to be escalated to supervisors or personnel with more experience.
• Informs the team of pertinent announcements, changes, and new practices.
• Identifies patterns in client calls, records them, and informs the management team of them.
• Assists other Customer Service representatives with their tasks (which may include performing other ad hoc responsibilities as needed).

SHIFT: graveyard
ARRANGEMENT: onsite

Job Specifications
• At least COLLEGE level (2 years) or has completed at least 72 college units.
• Open to HS grads but must have at least 6 months’ work EXPERIENCE as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO (Call center) company
• the capacity to browse a variety of websites and perform online research
• excellent business writing skills 
• computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet)
