• Develops contracts with, and attends to inquiries from, prospective clients regarding the product line

• Prepares quotation in accordance with the specifications or requirement of the client in coordination with his/her principal/superior

• Submits quotation, makes necessary follow-up, and solicits in the process any assistance required from his/her superior or any officer of the company

• Prepares A/C layout designs and drawings

• Estimates the cost of the project

• Reviews sales-related documents, reports, letters, and proposals submitted by his subordinates

• Follows-up status of both pending and outstanding orders

• Attends job site meetings for projects which are still under negotiation

• Establishes harmonious relationships with clients, architects, and consultants

• Collects the amount due to the company as payment by the client for sales made and closed

• Submits periodic sales reports to his superior

• Perform other sales-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

• Graduate with a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably with a license

• Must have at least 3 years of selling experience

• Must have excellent communication skills and can converse fluently in both English and Filipino languages

• Must be able to discuss intelligently all matters pertaining to the product line

• Must be computer literate
