Job Description
Job Summary:
The Game Host will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, managing gameplay setups, maintaining facility standards, and accurately handling customer transactions to create an engaging and seamless experience for all the players.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support:
- Handle daily opening or closing routines as assigned.
- Assist with group bookings and event preparations.
- Support inventory management by monitoring supplies during shifts.
Facility Maintenance:
- Ensure the game rooms are clean, organized, and set up as required.
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Customer Service:
- Welcome and assist players, providing clear instructions on game rules and objectives to ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Monitor game progress and help customers during gameplay to ensure smooth operation and enjoyment.
- Address basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or Store Manager.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the gaming environment adheres to company policies.
Transaction Handling:
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Ensure proper handling of cash and card transactions.
- Provide receipts and ensure all transactions are logged appropriately for store records.
