Qualifications:

· At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
· MUST HAVE 6 MONTHS OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE (Voice International)
· With good to excellent English communication skills
· Willing to start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manages the client's health patient
· Setting up appointment and walk-ins
- 80% will be outbound to set up an appointment and follow through
- 15% will be inbound, follow-up from the patients
