Responsible for monitoring antimicrobial consumption in the hospital. Provides drug interaction and drug information of antimicrobials to healthcare professional.

Qualifications:

• Registered Pharmacist

• A one-year of postgraduate study (Major in Clinical Pharmacy)

• At least one year experienced as a Clinical Pharmacist

• Experience in the hospital setting in the same capacity is an advantage

• Knowledgeable in different aspects of work practiced in the hospital

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Shift system

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
