1. Process orders from clients.

2. Handle inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email.

3. Provide customers with order or delivery status, product support, and service information.

4. Resolve products or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints.

5. Help in promoting the products and services of JRFUMART.

6. Communicate with merchants, sellers, suppliers, and delivery riders until the orders are fulfilled.

7. Ensure timely fulfillment of client orders and submit necessary reports as may be requested by department head.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Preferably with experience in e-commerce type of business

- With experience in customer service
