Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track sales performance, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting
  • Monitor sales progress through creating and updating daily dashboards
  • Contribute to annual and quarterly planning by creating business plans, operating models, resource allocation, market segmentation, and territory design.
  • Analyze project pipelines, orders, and win rates
  • Translate data and reports into presentations that offer solutions, trends, implications
  • Translate complex data into clear presentations, communicating key trends and implications to stakeholders while aligning on action plans.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to execute data-driven strategies and elevate overall business performance.
  • Establish, monitor, and assess business goals while identifying avenues for consistent goal achievement.
  • Drive process improvements, implementing strategies to maximize sales team productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and other departments.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams in enhancing management information reporting.
  • Develop comprehensive insights by generating reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in a sales/business analyst role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, modelling, analytics, and sales.
  • With great knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud, Power BI, and C1.
  • Proven experience formulating and presenting implications based on data.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

SET-UP:

  • Currently hybrid (will shift to full RTO soon)
