Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Recruiter identifies, screens, and attracts the best talent to satisfy current and future hiring needs. The ideal candidate must possess strong inbound and outbound sourcing skills for technical talent and general roles, excellent candidate management and interpersonal skills, highly proactive nature, and a keen understanding of how to assess candidates for an incredibly high talent bar. This role will primarily focus on the staffing needs of our Bacolod office as well as provide recruitment support for our Makati office. Senior Recruiters operate under the guidance of the Recruiting Manager.

 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment Strategy

  • Ensure recruitment strategy is closely integrated with our talent management practices (i.e. building external pipelines based on the outcomes of succession planning, creating external talent pools for critical roles) in order to leverage internal talent channels.

  • Make recommendations to management based on research surrounding Bacolod-based candidates, including candidate locations, salary expectations, experience levels etc.

  • Determine and suggest non-traditional, innovative recruitment methods and lead outbound sourcing events to ensure a continuous pipeline to reach passive job seekers and to source hard to fill roles.

  • Determine and suggest sourcing initiatives that result in sufficient volume of quality talent to meet our staffing needs within each department.

  • Support the company's diversity initiatives and objectives by attracting diverse talent by building and maintaining rapport with various communities, universities, alumni, agencies, recruiters, and non-profit organizations.

Recruitment Process

  • Serves as the primary Recruiter for our Bacolod team, using your professional and scholastic connections and experience to achieve staffing goals.

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, inbound and outbound sourcing, candidate assessment, pre-screen, interview management, response analysis, offer recommendation, negotiation, acceptance.

  • Source active and passive candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, job boards, and employee referrals.

  • Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for multiple requisitions to ensure candidate quality and speed of hire.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and communication are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.

  • Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

  • Maintain candidate statuses via applicant tracking system, data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations ensuring goals for candidate slate mix are met for each position.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience.

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
