Role Description
As a Sales Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting sales data to support decision-making processes for the sales department. This full-time on-site role is located in Metro Manila, and will require you to work closely with sales personnel, finance, and other departments to ensure that reports and data accurately reflect the performance of the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or other related fields.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation, and ability to communicate insights effectively to non-data stakeholders.
• Familiarity with sales reporting tools such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Experience in creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets or databases.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, and other relevant analytical tools.
• Experience in the steel industry or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and suggest new ideas to improve processes and performance.
