OMG is looking for a community manager (CM). The CM will be responsible for increasing advertiser adoption of our platforms. We have built a real estate & a vehicle portal where you can buy and sell. Advertising is free and you only pay for the advertisement, after you secure success!

The CM will do anything it takes to reach out to advertisers and convince them to use our platforms. This includes:

1. Identifying potential advertisers
2. Emailing them
3. Communicating with them on WhatsApp
4. Learning where our sites are lacking
5. Proposing improvement functions and features based on advertiser feedback received
6. Testing the platforms as advertisers and consumers

You will focus on these countries:

Vehicle & Real Estate Buy & Rent

1. Singapore
2. Malaysia

Real Estate Investment

Some properties are off plan (not completely built yet) or targeted towards foreign investment. These are properties or hospitality units which are projects for investment with monthly returns or focused on capital appreciation. Reach out to them after identifying them. Get them to list their properties in the off plan/investment section of PS. Target these countries to start with:

1. United Kingdom
2. Australia
3. New Zealand

You will work from home, Tuesday to Saturday every week.

You will work in your own time zone, 9 hours per day, including breaks.

You will need a working computer and good internet connection.
