Job Description
- Assists in processing reservation documents and prepare initial compilation of client folder ·
- Assists in the sending, signing and collection of Contract to Sell and other developer documents;
- Coordinates with Head office and transmit Official Receipts to clients;
- Accepts RF/equity/amortization payments (cash or check) on site and issue provisional receipts; ·
- Attends to CMG related concerns; ·
- Assists in the releasing of commission/incentive checks and acceptance of ORs.
- Assists in Marketing events
Requirements:
- Graduate of 4-year course
- PrefePreferably experience in sales coordination, or customer management
