• Plan, implement and oversee construction efforts at specific work sites.
• Plan MEPFS system interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
• Draft and provide written reports to the CEO or Project Manager, as well as other concerned departments, regarding MEPFS construction matters, construction progress, implementation and completion of MEPFS construction works.
• Direct, monitor, inspect and ensure schedule performance and quality workmanship of MEPFS contractors; and ensure that they provide and adhere to relevant quality documentation or records.
• Validate design issues related to MEPFS and suggest alternative solutions.
• Coordination and administration of MEPFS related materials, systems and drawing submittals.
• Facilitate/Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEPFS equipment.
• Attend and document weekly site meetings with the CEO or Project Manager, contractors, subcontractors and other site personnel on matters regarding MEPFS construction progress
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
