Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Provide assistance to the Account Executives in carrying out the sales and marketing functions.
  • Prepare quotations for all product requirements of clients.
  • Prepare transmittals, billings and invoices as per requirement.
  • Provide quality customer service to regular customers and inquiries.


QUALIFICATION:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accountancy and other related courses
  • Highly organized, keen to details, flexible and self-motivated
  • Knowledgeable in computer operations with good communication skills.
  • Preferably with experience but fresh graduates/ entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
