Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Provide assistance to the Account Executives in carrying out the sales and marketing functions.
- Prepare quotations for all product requirements of clients.
- Prepare transmittals, billings and invoices as per requirement.
- Provide quality customer service to regular customers and inquiries.
QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accountancy and other related courses
- Highly organized, keen to details, flexible and self-motivated
- Knowledgeable in computer operations with good communication skills.
- Preferably with experience but fresh graduates/ entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
