Customer Expert - (Onsite/ Pasig)

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Filipino customers: You will be interacting with our end-users in the Philippines through phone, email, and/or chat to gather their feedback, understand their needs, and offer resolution.
• Solve problems: You are expected to investigate, troubleshoot, and help provide appropriate solutions for our customers which involves auditing documents and coming up with creative solutions to ease our customers’ woes!
• Enhance the support logic: Aside from assisting our customers, you will be helping build the support logic that we'll utilize as our business continues to grow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with a diverse group of individuals, requiring you to escalate complex issues, share insights, and contribute to the company's continuous improvement initiatives.
• Generate insights: You will serve as our end-users’ primary ambassadors, relaying their feedback and pain points to the leadership team. This will help them understand our users' experiences and see the bigger picture as we continuously improve our services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder or attended college for at least 2 years
• Minimum 2 years of customer support experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results
• Keen cultural awareness
• Can work a flexible schedule
• Amenable to work on-site, preferably residing in close proximity to Kapitolyo, Pasig

Nice-to-haves:

• Proficiency in CRM softwares and Microsoft Office Suite
• Has experienced working with local customers (Philippines)
• Passionate about EVs and motorcycles
