GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide general support, administration, design, development, and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design, develop, and maintain new configurations, services, and workflows for ServiceNow modules.
  • Automate routine tasks through ServiceNow, including designing, creating, and administering key components such as forms, workflows, catalog items, metrics, service level agreements, reports, and dashboards.
  • Additionally, handle data interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring accurate data transformation and maintenance.

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduated with a degree in BS Computer Science, IT or other related field WITH Any ServiceNow Certification.
  • At least 2 years or above of Work Experience in ServiceNow (Configuration, End to End Development and System Admin.).
  • Work Experience and Knowledge in: Service Catalogs, ITSM Module of ServiceNow, Trouble Shooting, Client Scripting, Emails Notification Maintenance, Import/Export Data, Single Sign-on (MS Azure) and On-Call Calendar Maintenance.
  • Hands-on Development, Ticketing and Administration experiences are required.

 

** COMPENSATION DETAILS (Depending on Assessment, Expertise and Evaluation):

Up to P90K (Specially, if profile is strong).

 

** WORK SET-UPS, LOCATIONS AND SHIFTS:

Temporary Hybrid (Taguig, only once a week in the office) and US Shift (Night Shift or depending on the business needs).
