Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering incoming consumer calls
  • Addressing customer questions and demands
  • Creating and keeping up-to-date files
  • Ensuring that consumer demands are addressed properly and promptly
  • Making use of various business and client-based tools and apps for managing and serving customers
  • Offering state-of-the-art service in a welcoming, assured, and informed manner

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed 2 years in college
• Must have phone, chat, and email BPO job experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work on night shift/ shifting schedule.
• Willing to work onsite (Taguig/Quezon City)
• Willing to start ASAP
