Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications, resolving user issues and ensuring applications are functioning as intended.
• Oversee user access and permissions, ensuring appropriate levels of security and compliance.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to help users effectively utilize applications.
• Analyze application performance and usage to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Participate in application-related projects, including planning, implementation, and deployment of new applications or features.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in relational databases(SQL Server/PostgresDB)
• Experience in cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus)
• Experience with incident and problem management.
• Knowledge in programming languages, Java and Python is a plus
• Experience with Snowflake is a plus
• Proficiency with collaboration and project tools like Jira, Confluence
• Good understanding or have gained experience on at least one common Enterprise Agile Framework e.g., Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM, etc. (certification is a plus)
• Very good language skills in English (written/oral)
