Job Description
General Qualifications:
- Graduate of BA/BS degree, preferably in business/management/marketing or a project management/communications-related course
- With, at least, one to three (1-3) years of account management experience;
- Strong technical knowledge of non-life and employee benefits insured products and keeps updated on insurance market developments;
- Good financial, project and time management skills;
- Knowledge of basic business and management principles;
- Strong analytical and inference skills;
- Evident practice of good leadership, collaboration with others, and excellent relationship management skills, as well as negotiation skills;
- High level of organizational skills;
- Above average English communication skills, written and verbal; and
- Able to think out-of-the-box and has demonstrated high capacity for agility.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Achieves 100% renewal ratio.
- Immediate response to all client queries.
- Fast and accurate collection of client requirements and documents: OR and CR, Invoices, company profile, registration of the company, and other necessary underwriting information/ documents.
- Fast and accurate documentation of client files including but not limited to policies, communication trail, placements slips, renewal slips, quotation slips, claim documents and the necessary supporting documents.
- Fast and accurate encoding of policies and claims file in the IIBS System.
- Fast and accurate sending of invoices to insureds.
- Achieves high collection efficiencies.
- Fast and accurate settlement of claims
- Achieves all tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
