• Understands the equations, calculations and written instructions from designers and engineers before beginning a CAD drawing.
• Uses special notations and symbols to give instructions on drawings and blueprints.
• Draws plans for structural foundations and other construction projects.
• Uses manual drawing skills for plans that cannot be computer generated.

Qualifications:

• With practical experience with CAD software
• Knowledgeable in engineering, construction and architectural principles
• Associate's degree in drafting or similar.
• Has knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
• Prior experience in construction or architectural firms is preferred
• Able to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Must provide a Portfolio
• Willing to be assigned in Paranaque City.
