JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, BS Human Resource Management or other (4) year bachelor course with relation to human resource management.
  • With adequate knowledge on labor laws and regulations.
  • Must have at least (4) four years experience in HR Department including 2 yrs in payroll administration.
  • With supervisory work experience.
  • With critical thinking skills.
  • Computer literate.

JOB SUMMARY:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and implement Human Resources policies regarding compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Advises and inform employees of changes and developments related to benefits including eligibility, coverage and provisions.
  • Researches and compares compensation and benefit policies and plans and makes recommendations for improvements required.
  • Participates in salary survey and benchmarking to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
  • Facilitates accurate and timely delivery of payroll.
  • Completes records, reporting and other documentation required by Finance and Accounting related to Payroll.
  • Maintains knowledge of economic conditions, labor market and other factors needed in ensuring competitive and reasonable benefits and compensation structures.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefit administration.
  • Administers company’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies etc.)
  • Prepares job description, job analysis, job evaluation and job classification.
  • Submits report required every mancom meeting.
  • Amenable to travel occasionally to conduct any matters that is related with the Human Resource dept.
