Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping, and requirements through implementation and deployment.
• Adept at driving digital strategy, guiding agile technology implementations, and collaborating with project teams.
• Analyze the current product roadmap, suggest changes, and create an execution plan, turning the first stages of our plans into reality
• Assess business processes, internally and externally, proposing what could be improved and how to innovate through technology
• Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Any Six Sigma Training and Certification (GB, BB, MBB) or Project Management Training and Certification (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) – ideal qualification but not mandatory
• A strong understanding of automation technology and agile delivery methods
• Exceptional business analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead process observations and interviews with customers to understand and document business requirements
• Jira and Confluence experience is preferred
• Can communicate and translate for both worlds - from non-tech to tech and vice versa
