Responsibilities & Duties
Work with stakeholders and PO to define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; create BRD and IT development tickets.
Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
Collaborates with PO, QA, developers and 3rd party service providers to drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and follow up project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, provide training and recommending actions.
Take complete ownership of assigned duties and drive them to completion with minimal management oversight.
Provide leadership in directing other team members in the completion of support initiatives and user requests.
Develop, gather, write and or contribute to documentation and materials needed.
Develop content and materials for any business reviews or new initiatives for the group.
Support data analytics component of critical business processes (event, incident, problem and change management) and provide sound recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, or equivalent
Preferably with 5 years relevant work experience Knowledge & Skills
Extensive experience in reporting, data visualization, data mining and data integration and ad hoc analysis
Working experience with Agile methodology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent data analysis and presentation skills
Strong project management experience
Highly proficient in all MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
Strong knowledge of event, incident, problem and change Management process dynamics, escalation procedures and data configurations
Ability to interact with IT Support and Internal Management & Stakeholders at every level
Background in Computer science or IT
Familiar with gaming industry, sportsbook and casino
Familiar with DevOps methodology is a plus
