Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate/SHS Graduate/College Graduate
- Willing to work onsite in Makati, Pasig, Taguig, Pampanga
- Good English communication skills
- Can start work ASAP
