Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media.
  • Providing product and service information to customers.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Qualifications:

  •  High School Graduate/SHS Graduate/College Graduate
  •  Willing to work onsite in Makati, Pasig, Taguig, Pampanga
  •  Good English communication skills
  •  Can start work ASAP

Compensation:

  • P17,000 - P21,000
