Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering incoming consumer calls
- Addressing customer questions and demands
- Creating and keeping up-to-date files
- Ensuring that consumer demands are addressed properly and promptly
- Making use of various business and client-based tools and apps for managing and serving customers
- Offering state-of-the-art service in a welcoming, assured, and informed manner
QUALIFICATIONS
• Completed 2 years in college
• Must have phone, chat, and email BPO job experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work on night shift/ shifting schedule.
• Willing to work onsite (Taguig/Quezon City)
• Willing to start ASAP
