Job Qualifications:

• Preferably Registered Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Electronics Engineer preferably with two (2) years related experience in technical functions.
• Good analytical, organizational, time management and leadership skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, small power tools and test equipment.
• Ability to work quickly and independent as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize work and work accurately under pressure of deadlines with frequent interruptions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitors and documents the corrective/preventive maintenance activities for the upkeep of building mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment.
• Implement property improvement programs and address the problems or concern in operation.
• Ensure operational reliability on equipment and facilities by conduction regular inspection, preventive maintenance, checking and trouble shooting.
• Perform the following functions in a subordinate capacity to the Building Engineer: Supervise technical contractual labor, Monitor projects implementation, Monitor the installation of all necessary utilities and services, Monitor and control activities of service providers, such as but not limited to power, water, communications. etc. Ensure that all vendors/contractors comply with building house rules.
