Monitor and screen calls for the Area Manager
Perform basic tasks as administrative assistant not limited to filing, record keeping, manning telephones, etc
Assist clients and visitors of the Area Manager
Manage and maintain files, retrieve records, reports and documents
Apply basic accounting knowledge when producing reports, journals or ledgers
Must be familiar with MS Office, Working knowledge of SAP Portal, Basic accounting or bookkeeping skills, Good written and verbal English, Good communication skills
