The Associate Manager of Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) oversees the monitoring and execution of functions necessary to achieve finished goods and raw material availability and inventory turnover goals.

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve supply planning requests (SPRs) for finished goods and raw materials from planners.

• Evaluate and review forecast change scenarios to identify critical factors and present peak/trough scenarios to predict outages or phase-outs.

• Ensure coordination between planners and various departments for orderly and timely transfer of materials, production plans, and transfers to JWSL.

• Monitor the planner's monitoring of the consumption of production materials and the achieved yields.

• Review and highlight discrepancies in production performance reports, especially with respect to agreed production work instructions for new products.

• Integrate supplier delivery performance reports, ongoing material forecasting reports, and other required delivery planning reports.

• Collaborate with production and field logistics to ensure timely and complete fulfillment of STOs based on planned JWSL AM orders.

• Provides valuable input to the company regarding employee development and programs.

• Comply with company policies, rules and regulations regarding discipline, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), food safety, quality systems, security, and other relevant company policies in place.

Qualifications:

• Graduated with a bachelor's degree from a 4- or 5-year business degree program, preferably an industrial engineering graduate.

•At least one year of experience with inventory, capacity, and production planning in a food production facility.

• Must be able to manage all production clusters.

• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in using Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.

• Must be flexible about working hours.

• Amenable to work in Danao City, Cebu
