About the Role
We have partnered with a company with a vision to provide businesses, organizations, and individuals Australia-wide with competitively priced high-quality office furniture and interior solutions.
You will be joining a fast-growing online division, who will be responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers, as well as managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.
What you’ll be working on
- Strong customer communication and relationship management skills, including addressing post-sales inquiries, handling complaints, and coordinating with suppliers for warranty claims.
- Ability to maintain positive customer relationships and ensure prompt fulfillment of customer needs.
- Assist senior project managers in preparing and presenting larger commercial fit-out projects.
- Provide administrative and support services for click and collect services.
Experienced Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving customer complaints
- Willingness to undergo training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel (Intermediate level)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or administration role
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in tasks
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a highly productive team
