The main role and responsibility is to manage the overall operations for used car vehicle inspection and warranty claims. This includes the dispatch of mechanics to designated locations as well as the review of inspection certifications of each vehicle. Additionally, the position requires a keen eye for detail, to review and approve customer warranty claims, and monitor the repair process with our accredited repair shops across the country, while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the cost-efficiency of the business.
