Job Requirements

Education:

Completed at least 2 years in college + 2 years' experience in sales or customer service; OR completed a 4-year bachelor's degree + 1 year experience in sales or customer service.

Fresh graduates from business-related courses are welcome.

Skills:

For non-fresh graduates, minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a financial institution.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly to clients, providing exceptional service and addressing concerns.

Displays positive values and a likable personality, building trust and maintaining strong client relationships.

Accepting applications from both licensed and unlicensed financial advisors.

Willing to be assigned onsite at a bank branch.

Compensation & Benefits:

15,000 - 25,000 pesos monthly basic pay + allowances + commission (uncapped incentives!)

Work-Life balance with fixed dayshift and weekends off and follows Philippine bank holidays.
