Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
    • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
    • Provide accurate and timely information about products, ingredients, usage, and benefits
    • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications
    • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Order Processing:
    • Process orders accurately and efficiently
    • Manage inventory levels and restocking
    • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings, trends, and promotions
    • Attend product training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service
    • Resolve customer issues in a positive and solution-oriented manner
    • Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate customer records and data
    • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track customer interactions
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures
