Health and Safety OfficerSalary Offer - Php20,000 + Php 2,000 allow/monthlyWork Address:

Duty Hours:Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

To ensure compliance with national and local safety procedures and protocols and to maintain a safe and healthy workplace at all times.


1.     Assist the company in all safety audit (for Government and Client Audit requirements)

2.     Assist Internal Safety Inspection and Audit

3.     Generate findings of safety audit, interoffice memoranda, ad hoc reports, policies and procedures, safety manual, and other related documents as deemed necessary.

4.     Assist in the overall control and maintenance of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System of the company to ensure effective implementation and compliance to OSHS and other regulatory standards.

5.     Monitor all health and safety protocols and processes of the company (Warehouse and Office)

6.     Facilitate Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC) on existing and new processes, equipment, and facility.

7.     Assist on the Incident / Accident Investigation and recommends corrective and preventive actions.

8.     Assist during the conduct of safety seminars and other related in-house training.

9.     Other related duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.

SPECIFICATIONGeneral SpecificationEducation: Bachelor's/College Degree
Specialized Skills: Government Reportorial and Safety Audit
Experience :Must have at least 1-4 years of experience in the same field
Competency SpecificationKnowledge: Intermediate knowledge on safety practices, procedures, and Ability to maintain effective working relationships with customer representatives and government agencies
Soft Skills:Must have strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work well within a team standards
Technical Skills :Advance in computer applicationMust have the ability to analyze and solve problemMultitasking ability
