Job Description
 A quality assurance personnel is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the
established standards set by the company. Duties include maintaining strong overall quality
control of products made by the company adhering to reliability, performance and customer
expectation. Inspection of products is part of the job with the obligation to report and document
findings. Depending on the organization, the typical job progression for a quality assurance is to a
managerial role or a directorship.
 A bachelor's degree is generally required for the position of a quality assurance with high
expectation for excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in a quality
assurance department in the same industry is preferred. Other valuable skills for this position
include strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Quality assurance personnel are required to
sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time.
Job Responsibilities:
 Verification of product quality deviations intercepted by QC
 Conducts delivery disposition trends
 Makes recommendation on critical items for final disposition
 Collaborates with concerns departments on critical quality issues that affect supply
 Checks implementation of recommended actions
 Conducts review of action plans from the self audit
 Conduct self audit Distribution Quality
 Conduct Audit and assists for improvements
 Recommends programs
 Draft self-audit findings for review
 Monitor existing QA policies
Qualifications & Skills:
 Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or Food Technology
 With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Food industry
 With experience in conducting audit in store/restaurant operations is a must
 Conduct Product Tests and Assessments.
 Identify Product Defects.
 Record and Report Issues.
 Support Process Improvements.
 Make Necessary Repairs.
 Experience in Food industry as quality control is a plus
 must be willing to be assigned at Caloocan City
