Qualifications & Job Specifications

  • Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any equivalent course.
  • With the supervisory ability to drive the organization’s HR.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources;
  • Must have extensive knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines High integrity and honesty in all dealings;
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Leads and supervises the Human Resources Department
  • Coordinates all stages of hiring processes, such as Advertisement of the job posting, reviewing and screening job applicants' resumes, conducting interviews, and monitoring deployment and on-board of newly hired employees.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies in order to attract the best and most suitable applicants for the various positions available.
  • Attends and handles clients' requests and queries.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to recruitment
  • Prepare weekly monitoring sheet for requested applicant’s status
  • Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities
  • Maintain employee files and electronic filing system
  • Undertake a variety of HR duties and other administrative requests
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as EXPECTED.
