Qualifications & Job Specifications
- Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any equivalent course.
- With the supervisory ability to drive the organization’s HR.
- With at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources;
- Must have extensive knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines High integrity and honesty in all dealings;
- Good analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Leads and supervises the Human Resources Department
- Coordinates all stages of hiring processes, such as Advertisement of the job posting, reviewing and screening job applicants' resumes, conducting interviews, and monitoring deployment and on-board of newly hired employees.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies in order to attract the best and most suitable applicants for the various positions available.
- Attends and handles clients' requests and queries.
- Process documentation and prepare reports related to recruitment
- Prepare weekly monitoring sheet for requested applicant’s status
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities
- Maintain employee files and electronic filing system
- Undertake a variety of HR duties and other administrative requests
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as EXPECTED.
